Our pieces are more stunning in person, with the kind of quality that's hard to capture in photos. If for any reason you'd like to initiate a return, we're here to help.
😃45 Day Risk Free Trial
If for some reason we don't blow your socks off, you can reach out within the 45 Day Trial and we'll set up a return. To be eligible for a return, products must be sent back in their original packaging. Once you send back the product and it's checked in at our warehouse, we'll issue a full refund minus the cost of shipping. If within 45 days you're not satisfied, please reach out to our support team.
📦Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are non-refundable. If an order was placed with a free shipping promotion, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. White Glove Delivery is an optional service with an additional fee that we unfortunately cannot refund.
Non Refundable items
Custom furniture and items purchased as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for fraudulent or defective returns, such as return label tampering, at our sole discretion. We do not issue monetary refunds for lost or misdelivered orders in lieu of replacements.
